2013 Project Recap

Due to the scope and the required funds, this replacement project was accepted into the Local Public Agency (LPA) program in March of 2013 and will receive federal funding to help defer costs. Hoyle, Tanner has been working with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), the New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT), and the New Hampshire Division of Historical Resources (NHDHR) for compliance with the regulations of National Historic Preservation Act and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation’s Procedures for the Protection of Historic Properties (36 CFR 800).

The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents are starting to be prepared and applicable agencies have been notified requesting input on this project in order to prepare the required Categorical Exclusion (CatEx) and Section 4(f) documents.

The preliminary replacement design plans are being developed.
